EAST GLACIER
WAHL/BAILEY GUEST HOUSE
2017
What began as a simple garage grew to become a one bedroom guest house. The plan is simple but the space dynamic with full-height, vaulted ceilings and a cantilevered deck that frames views to the North and East along the Rocky Mountain Front.

The living space was framed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to provide improved thermal performance and to speed construction to beat approaching weather.

Cost: $250,000
